Shipping & Delivery
* Our factories are still operational and every action has been taken to protect the health of our employees and community. We are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis, however, things are moving slower than they would be in normal conditions.
As a direct result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times have been delayed by 10-20 business days than the time frame below.
Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:
Items are currently being processed in 7-10 Business days. (Custom products can take 2-4 days more)
U.S. Domestic Orders: You can expect your item within 20-35 business days after receiving a notification of processing (times may vary due to coronavirus)
International Orders: Shipping varies depending on your country’s customs procedure. This process can take up to 4-7 weeks and is unfortunately beyond our control.
Some items will ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate packages at separate times.
Please be aware that for some items we don’t offer trackable shipping. We do this to save our customers from expensive fees for shipping from our international wearhouses.
- Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.
- Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
